We request that children do not submit personal data to us. If we learn that anyone under the age of 16 has unlawfully provided personal information, we will take steps to delete that information.

When transferring data between the US and the EEA/UK, Complyance leverages the Standard Contractual Clauses also known as the EU Model Clauses.
